Calvary Christian Academy Enrollment

Thank you for your interest in Calvary Christian Academy. Our group was started in 2006 as a full service PSP and support group offering many social activities along with affordable membership fees. Our goal is to serve many different needs, from those families needing simple record keeping support to families desiring a close-knit group for friendship, activities, and homeschooling support. Our group is very special and has a wonderful whole family focus.    

Calvary Christian Academy does not require family interviews in order to enroll. The Lord Jesus Christ accepts us into His family as we are. We choose to extend this same grace to our interested families.  It is our hope that we will all continue to grow and support one another in our faith and dedication to our Lord. We are all a work in progress.

The link below will provide you with all of the forms necessary to enroll in Calvary Christian Academy. Please print and complete each form and mail to the provided address along with your registration fee in full. Be sure to make a copy of each form for your personal records.

Our 2012-2013 school year fees are as follows: 


Full Group Membership

Registration Fee:

$100.00 per year per family if enrolling on or before June 30th
$125.00 per year per family if enrolling on or before July 31st
$150.00 per year per family if enrolling August 1st and thereafter 


Monthly Tuition:

$200.00 per year per family payable in full or $20.00 per month, September through June.

Please note: This option includes full paperwork services and all CCA events and activities to include weekly e-mail reminders, newsletter, event calendar, field trips, park days, holiday parties, Picture Day, Mom's Night Out, Ladies Book Bunch, Grace Gals (Women's Bible study), Teen Connections, 100 Mile Club, yearbook, family events such as potlucks and camping trips, and all summer activities (Beach Days and Mom's Nights).

Curriculum and field trips expenses are the responsibility of the parent(s).


Paperwork Only Joining Option

Registration Fee: 

$150.00 per year per family if enrolling on or before June 30th
$175.00 per year per family if enrolling on or before July 31st
$200.00 per year per family if enrolling August 1st and thereafter 

There is no monthly tuition charge for this option, but a one time fee each year per family. Fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment or re-enrollment.

Please note: This option will not include any CCA events or activities but is offered as a paperwork service only. Paperwork families will be included in Picture Day.

Curriculum and field trips expenses are the responsibility of the parent(s). 


A note to parents enrolling high school students: Some public high schools do not accept high school credits completed while homeschooling. If you are enrolling a high school student you must understand that enrolling, or re-enrolling, a high school student in a public school may result in some or all of your student(s)'s high school credits not being accepted. Consider this possibility as you enroll high school students in any homeschooling program. 

We do not enroll high school seniors new to Calvary Christian Academy unless they are transferring from another public school, private school, or homeschool PSP group with transcripts completed for 9th, 10th, and 11th grade.
